We recommend Ecoal50 or Brazier Smokeless Coal for use in smoke-controlled areas. Both products are fully approved and produce significantly less smoke than traditional house coal. You can find the full list of approved fuels on the DEFRA website.

Can I collect my order from your local depot?

Yes. Simply select Click & Collect at checkout and choose your nearest depot. Your order will be ready for collection, please bring your order confirmation. Collecting in-store can also save you money on delivery costs.

Are your logs Ready to Burn certified?

Yes. Our kiln-dried hardwood logs carry the Ready to Burn certification, meaning they have been dried to below 20% moisture content. This ensures they light easily, burn efficiently, and produce minimal smoke making them suitable for use in smoke-controlled zones.
