2รขโ‚ฌย lumps of heat! Use on an open fire on top of kindling then log on top. Burns to a lovely glow so top up as before. Still small glow in the morning so room warm. Produce quite a lot of fine ash but so worth it.

Ecoal Smokeless Coal is a great green fuel source

Homefire Ecoal emits up to 80% less smoke than house coal, making it a great conscious fuel choice. Made with crushed olive stones, this eco fuel is easy to light and long-lasting and burns with an attractive flame.

How to Use

  • 1.

    Make sure your combustion chamber is free of any existing debris or soot from your last fire by cleaning it thoroughly.

  • 2.

    Place firelighters and kindling in the area where you will start your fire and burn the firelighters; this will generate small flames to begin with.

  • 3.

    Pour a generous amount of Ecoal smokeless coal on top of the other components to make your fire stronger. Spread the briquettes evenly across the area.

  • 4.

    Add more coals if your fire starts to dwindle a little, or spread the coals further.

  • 5.

    Let the embers die out completely before attempting to clean your fire area afterwards so you prevent any injuries.
