Delivery

Important note: Our delivery drivers are the best in the business, doing a really tough job in all weathers. Providing you don’t ask them to tackle an “assault course” of obstacles across your property they will deliver this product to pretty much wherever you ask them to.

Standard delivery time : up to 10 working days, but can increase during busy periods. We will do our best to keep you updated with texts or emails informing you of your delivery progress . If we can get to you quicker we will.

Great Product

This product burns really well and lasts much longer than standard house coal.

recycle empty bags

I have a 4 weekly delivery of coal which I receive an e-mail confirming the delivery date, which is helpful.
I think it would be an idea to also have the option to add additional products to the same delivery
will it be possible to return the used bags for recycling at some time in the future when we have a delivery?

Good service though notes on both deliveries which said it needed to be the small truck were ignored so the drivershad to barrow the coal 100 yards down to us.
The coal burns OK but produces much more ash than desirable.
