Here at Homefire, we believe everyone has the right to heat. We’ve created the UK’s first-ever heat bank and we will be donating fuel to families across the UK, in a bid to help keep everyone warm this winter.

How does it work?

For every donation made on our website, we will match this in fuel worth the same monetary value. Using Homefire’s national distribution network, the fuel will then be delivered to our chosen charity and distributed to food banks across the country for them to allocate as they wish.

This year, we have seen an unprecedented amount of people struggling to live comfortably due to the cost of living crisis we find ourselves in. According to the Office for National Statistics, 91% of adults in Great Britain reported an increase in their cost of living between June and July this year, which means many are having to forego heating their homes.
